Michael has an undergraduate degree in Economics from Queens University in Kingston, Ontario and an MBA from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland and has completed the Corporate Restructuring M&A course at Harvard Business School (Executive Education). He has been an operator for 20 years in various businesses including the ambulance industry and has completed many business restructurings. He has been involved with taking companies public as well as buying, restructuring and selling companies.

Chris has taken courses at Penn State and Thomas Edison University with concentra- tions in Business and Accounting and has received industry training such as EMT, fire fighter, and Hazmat. He has extensive background in the Ambulance industry specifically in technology, operations, and billing. He has designed and developed proprietary software specifically for the ambulance industry. He has been involved with buying, restructuring and selling ambulance companies, as well as being successful in negotia- ting favorable Medicare carrier policy changes.
